The problem
Client records, invoices, tasks, and website notes lived in separate tools. A public inquiry opened a mail client and never became a record someone could assign. Web admin and mobile could not share one source of truth.
What we shipped
Website inquiries used to die in a mail client. Now every one becomes an assignable record in FirmOps — our web admin and Expo app for CRM, invoices, tasks, and monitors, behind one SDK gateway.
How we approached it
We treated our own operations as the first customer. Shared data sits behind the SDK, roles stay on the server, and the public site only gets a create-only key. We run it with the same delivery standards we bring to client work: typed code, tests, and predictable operations.
