The site
This website is an informational site for Ecorpin. It does not create accounts or host a client portal. Descriptions of services are marketing copy, not an offer that becomes binding when you visit the page.
Payments
The payment page collects an amount, an optional name, email, and note, and passes them to our operations platform. It does not collect card details. When you continue, you leave this site for a hosted checkout operated by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for the transaction and handles the card, tax, and receipt.
Starting a checkout is not an agreement to buy services, and paying an amount is not a contract, statement of work, or acceptance of terms for work. Paid engagements stay governed by the separate written agreement between you and Ecorpin.
Refunds follow that written agreement. Amounts paid in error are reviewed by a person before anything is returned, and any refund is issued back through the same provider.
Contact
The contact forms store your note so we can reply. If submit fails, your browser may open a draft to support@ecorpin.com. Sending a note is not a contract, statement of work, or commitment to engage. Client work
If we take on a project, the scope, ownership, fees, and responsibilities live in a written agreement for that work — not on this website. Until that exists, neither of us is obligated to the other.
Site content
The text, layout, and marks on this site belong to Ecorpin. You may not copy them and present them as your own. That does not change ownership of software we build for you under a client agreement: that work is yours as the agreement says.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe this site beyond ordinary browsing. Do not use it to send spam or to impersonate Ecorpin.
No warranties
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it is error-free, always available, or that every description will match a future engagement. Do not treat a page on this site as a substitute for a signed contract.
Changes
